LOCATION
This apartment is in a really key location. The Fontainebleau/Broadmoor area is equidistant to Loyola Xavier or Tulane. For access to the greater NOLA areas it's mere blocks away from Fontainbleau I-10 and Earhart Expressway. Costco and the new Trader Joe's are (will be) nearby too.
The Fountainbleau neighborhood is quiet family-oriented and safe. Perfect for graduate students professionals or a small family.
If you have a kid Lusher is nearby. If your kid rides a bike to school the route to get there is through a safe affluent neighborhood with a bike lane straight down Nashville which is only 4 blocks from the apartment.
If you are a young professional or student any popular hangout spot is a short bike ride (at a cruising pace) or a 4-6 Uber in any direction. Examples include: Freret Street bars and restaurants the universities above Rock and Bowl (concerts and bowling) Oak st (college bars / eclectic cheap restaurants) French Quarter and Mid City / City Park. We are also 2 blocks from the Rendon Inn and the Hanger (a venue with occasional live music shows).
