We are looking for a Senior System Analyst - Ambulatory Professional Billing Application Coordinator.
 Qualifications:
1)            Ideal candidate has a minimum 6+ years of experience with Professional Billing and has implemented Professional Billing solutions in the role of project manager
2)            Candidate should have experience as an analyst for Professional Billing solutions, including authorization and pre-certification
3)            Candidate should have both system implementation experience and hands-on operational experience in Physician Practice Professional Billing process
4)            Candidate must have strong project management and organizational skills
5)            Candidate must have strong analytical, problem solving, and prioritization skills
6)            Candidate must have excellent communication and follow-up skills (both written and verbal communications)
7)            Bachelors degree preferred; equivalent work experience accepted
8)            Epic Professional Billing certification is a plus
9)            Other Epic or non-Epic Access and Revenue Cycle knowledge a plus
 
Responsibilities:
1)            Serves as a project manager on a team for the system implementation and support of Epic Ambulatory and In-Patient Professional Billing
2)            Candidate will be required to attend Epic Certification classes and pass Epic certification process
3)            Develops and implements the validation sessions for the current and future state analysis and documentation
4)            Develops and maintains all project documentation being: project work plan, issue log, current and future state design documents, test scripts and testing results
5)            Maintains on-going system support which includes upgrades and implementing additional functionality of the Epic System
6)            Serve as primary support contact and coordinates issue resolution for the Epic Professional Billing module
7)            Perform in-depth analysis of workflows, data collection, report details, and other technical issues associated with the software
8)            As a team member of the Revenue Cycle Team, provides production on-call support for all Access and Revenue Systems
